Just a few engraved items from my gallery which are for sale.

Prices on request, unless shown. All pieces are hand engraved and completely unique. (Hand engraved = Drill engraved)

 

Items are accompanied with a certificate of Authenticity.

Note that every single piece of glass I have engraved since my first in 1983, has been signed and dated.

"Flame of Love"

"I am my beloved's and my beloved is mine" hand blown crystal disc firey colour within the centre. The Flame Lily is hand engraved and the lettering sandblasted in a casual style, both are on the back and front of the disc. Will be on show at the Cambridge Glass Fair 26th September 2010 (see News page for more information)

Drill engraved and sandblasted cased bowl, transparent colour outer, opaque colour inner, clear inbetween. This has been engraved through the layers both inside and out.

"Children of Lir"

Crystal overlay disk (20cm diameter) by Neil Wilkin . I have hand carved by hand (with drill) through the colour. The stand is custom made wrought iron. It depicts the chaos of this old Irish legend.


"Kudu of Africa" , Krosno glass Jug. £85


 

In A Flap

Lead Crystal Overlay Disc, 23.5cm diameter, (30cm tall incl stand) made by Gill Mannings-Cox. I have cameo engraved this by hand. It is mounted on a wrought iron stand (different stand to the one in the picture)


"BE"

lead crystal overlay made by Ian Mc Donald. I have hand sandblasted a positive word for us to "be" for every letter of the alphabet....(x-able means kissable) and hand engraved a detailed honey-bee on both top surface and undersurface, so he has a reflection. We need to see a positive reflection of ourselves when looking in the mirror! This piece is signed by both myself and Ian.

Atlantis crystal decanter, hand engraved and sandblasted, I have used every surface including both sides of the stopper.

 


"E - motion"

Cumbria Crystal colour overlay bowl (thick clear crystal inside), 17 x 9cm - Drill engraved and sandblasted both inner and outer surfaces. This piece was recently on show at the Fitzwilliam Museum Cambridge in the "21st Century Engraved Glass" exhibition..

"Endangered" SOLD UK

Crystal cullet from a small glass blowing business in rural France. I have hand engraved 13 different endangered invertebrates.
